Dr. Ziana Esmail
Say hello to Dr. Ziana Esmail, our very own Calgary native! Her academic adventure started at McGill University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Western Ontario and she graduated with distinction! During her studies, she was honored with the Ontario Dental Association Proficiency Award for her exceptional performance and contributions to dentistry.
Dr. Ziana expanded her knowledge with a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. There, she gained invaluable hands-on experience in hospital dentistry, providing care for patients with complex medical issues and special needs. Her passion for learning then took her to central Canada to earn a Masters of Science in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Manitoba.
When she's not perfecting smiles, Dr. Ziana loves to strike a yoga pose, hiking through scenic trails, or camping under the stars. She loves traveling and exploring new countries whenever she gets the chance. After spending some time away, she's thrilled to be back in Calgary, eager to deliver top-notch orthodontic care to her hometown.
